Lead implementation of new product development (end to end process including research, product design product approval process, system development, operations management, training plans and Train-The-Trainers/TTT, buy-in sessions, implementation plans and sales material development), internal & external product launch event and other projects to meet the evolving customer’s and distributor’s needs
Lead product event coordinating with distributors to generate higher APE
