I have checked the invoices which you have provided to us and found that you have provided three different copies of same invoice with invoice number" 878118". Please understand that, for getting approval to sell in Grocery category, you need to provide us three different invoices. So, I request you to please submit two more valid and different invoice so that we can verify and approve your request.
Please submit the following documents so that we can verify and approve your request:
•Two legible, scanned or clearly photographed vendor invoices, receipts, billing statements or packing slips for the products you intend to sell in the category
These invoices, packing slips, or billing statements help us better understand your history of sourcing products from legitimate and authorized vendors. To help ensure a speedy evaluation process we ask that you submit your three best invoices showing your highest purchased quantity of inventory. These purchases must be made within the past 90 days and are meeting all of our other requirements; submitting smaller quantities will still be reviewed but could significantly extend the review period.
Your documentation (e.g., billing statements, vendor invoices or packing slips) must include the following:
• Invoices dated within the last 90 days, or showing item delivery or purchase within the last 90 days
• Your name and contact information or your company’s name and contact information
• The name and contact information of the company that provided your billing statements, vendor invoices or packing slips
• The names of the products you purchased and the quantities
