Good night Yuva.
Brooke does well with lots of different cuisines. Most of her issues are trying to do away with
carbohydrates. Commonly referred to here as carbs! Plus her system seems to be rejecting grains.
They tend to make her feel kind of bad. She tries using cauliflower as a replacement for rice and
potatoes. She has been fairly successful. The bad news is it doesn't translate into many of the Asian
Cuisines. But she tries. There are certainly many tricks involved with different cooking styles. Brooke
is young and will learn. Whoever lands her will have someone quite accomplished in the kitchen. I
leave everything else to the imagination.
As for me inn this process. I am just the supportive father. I try everything she makes and let her know
if I like it or not. She hasn't made anything bad. Just some things not as good as others. She is however
the current cook in the family. Better than her mother, father, sister and aunts! None of the men on my side
or her mothers side of the family cook except for me. And I am not ashamed to say my cooking is kind of
plain and ordinary. Nothing special to write home about with my culinary skills!
Pleasant dreams and sleep well. Thinking about you always.
