Services are performed by people and so the performance and attitude of the individuals involved in delivering the service is critical in the perception of the quality of that service on the part of client.
Many social marketing programs require an element of personal service via the use of health professionals or counselors. To be incorporated into an effective social marketing program, those people who directly interact with the target marketing must be fully trained in, and be committed to, the objectives of the campaign.
