Dear Reservation
We already contacted guest about lost money.
Guest said , previously the money packed in Red Envelope 1000 CNY , but he can't remember when he take it out and not sure whether they did merge the cash together .
Now guest can only remember 1000 CNY was lost , due to red Envelope becomes to empty when they back. If hotel found more money , guest said hotel can keep it , they only want to get 1000 CNY back.
Please advice whether hotel can help to send 1000 CNY back to them?
