3.1.3. The shipment(s) shall be addressed to FK at
the station for which the goods are intended or to the
Import Cargo Section of the foreign airline concerned,
unless the station effecting the rerouting has been
otherwise instructed by the issuing/delivering airline.
If necessary, the packing must be strengthened
before reforwarding, but no special insurance need to
be taken out to cover the surface transportation.
