I am sorry for delay but I was waiting on advice from our accountants who returned Friday. It may be just a communication issue, but their understanding is as follows:
The flood and mould damage was notified appx 4th April but finally confirmed by Shine-KP on the 24th April.
Shine-KP provided alternative accommodation and started repair on the 12th June
24th April until 12th June = 50 days.
We were able to move back into the unit on 22nd June.
If rent is now calculated for 50 days from 22nd June the next rent is due 10th August.
