CONTRACT TERMINATION:
THE PROPRIETOR HAS THE LIBERTY TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT AS LONG AS ANY OF THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS HAPPENS. ON THAT OCCASION, THE CONTRACTOR MUST STOP DESIGN IMMEDIATELY AND EVACUATE HIS WORKERS.
THE CONTRACTOR CAN NOT START THE PROJECT ON THE DATE AGREED UPON.
THE CONTRACTOR DELAYS THE PROGRESS OF THE CONSTRUCTION; OR HE HAS NOT WORKED ACCORDING TO THE PROJECT DRAWINGS OR ANY SIGN OF JERRY-BUILDING.
THE CONTRACTOR HAS VIOLATED THE CONTRACT OR IS NOT ABLE TO FULFILL THE CONTRACT RESPONSIBILITY BECAUSE OF UNFORSEEN EVENTS.
IT IS CONSIDERED BY THE PROPRIETOR THAT THE CONTRACTOR IS NOT ABLE TO FINISH THE PROJECT WITHIN TIME LIMIT BECAUSE OF INFERIOR CAPABILITY, INSUFFICIENT MANPOWER OR EQUIPMENT.
