Thanks for reaching out to us. Looking into the account we see that there was recently a campaign sent to the list that experienced a bounce rate that exceeded threshold levels, and caused the account to be suspended. We see that the review questions were submitted, but not fully filled out. In order for us to properly conduct a review of what may have happened we do require that these questions are filled out and submitted to us.
Once we receive the review questions we can take another look at the account. Thanks for your understanding.
However, in your most recent message, it was mentioned that the list was provided by a third party Jewelry Association.
MailChimp is strictly a permission-based newsletter delivery service.
This means we don’t allow purchased, publicly available, third party, shared, or rented lists in our system. There are no exceptions. Even if a list is “opt-in,” your organization is still one step removed from the collection process. This introduces a risk that we have to avoid.

In order to reinstate the account, we ask that this list data be unsubscribed using the bulk unsubscribe feature outlined here: Unsubscribe People From A list
