If you haven't yet been drawn in by the exciting pull of Vikings—or the magnetic stare of series star Travis Fimmel—now would be a good time to jump on the bandwagon, as the show isn't going anywhere anytime soon. History has renewed the series for Season 4, the network announced Thursday.
History says that Vikings is currently raiding the homes of 4.3 million viewers a week once DVR numbers are factored in, and for five weeks in a row, the series was the No. 1 cable series on Thursdays in all key demographics. I guess violence + Fimmel's eyes + Katheryn Winnick = something for everyone.
Vikings' Season 3 finale airs Thursday April 23 at 10pm, and production on Season 4 will begin this spring.
