IT Dept has configured outgoing email server to the best ability, but this server runs outdated software and is considered a spam source by many sites, so it's best to confirm with your contacts that mail has been delivered. (Larger files or wrong recipient names cannot be delivered and will fail with no warning, so please always check your Outbox.) For incoming mail server, IT cannot guarantee delivery due to misconfiguration of email server on the other side. Please let all of your contacts call you whenever they send an email. If the email can not be delivered after several tries, please use other ways to contact.
