Why did you decide to bring us all to headquarters four times a year? It doesn't make any sense! How are we supposed to take care of our customers when we're running back and forth to headquarters all the time? Why don't you just ask the talkative people to be quiet?
I just read your e-mail about having us all come to headquarters four times a year for face-to-face meetings. I understand that it's difficult communication styles, but I wonder whether we really need so many face-to-face meetings. Is there any chance you could reconsider or have once a year instead of four times?
