By virtue of Section 28 of the Ministerial Regulation on the Standard for Administration and Management of Safety, Occupational Health
and Working Environment of the Workplace B.E.2549(2006), in those enterprises that employ more than 50 persons, the employer is required to establish
the Committee of Safety, Occupational Health and Working Environment of the Workplace. These committees must be conducted along bipartite lines
so as to perform and promote co-operation between employers and employees, to administer workplace safety, and to support the activities of the health
