We have received the feedback on order ID:#115-3537287-8000231 that you submitted for review.
Regrettably feedback does not qualify for removal because the buyer expressed dissatisfaction with the shipping of the order that you fulfilled in this transaction.
The buyer said he never received his order and also I checked that there is no tracking available on the order page So I am unable to check that whether the item delivered to buyer or not.
We understand that there may be some things outside your control, however, since you fulfilled the order, we expect you to take ownership of the fulfillment experience the same way Amazon does for the orders it fulfills. A seller’s responsibility does not just end when the item is shipped out, but rather, extends even after the buyer physically receives the item they ordered.
Please note that as per our feedback removal policies, if just any part of the feedback is in reference to any shipping-related issues & no tracking is available on the order page, the feedback cannot be removed.
You may, however, ask the Buyer who left this feedback to remove it. We encourage you to contact the Buyer to resolve any issues regarding the transaction. The Buyer could then remove the feedback if they feel it is appropriate.
For your reference, Amazon will remove feedback when:
* The feedback includes obscene language.
* The feedback includes seller-specific personally identifiable information.
* The entire feedback comment is a product review.
* The entire feedback comment is regarding fulfillment or customer service for an order fulfilled by Amazon.
I apologize for not being able to delete the feedback. There are some policies that need to be followed diligently.
