Check that staffs have arrived and all the dogs are safe and secure.
Make sure that staffs on duty have arrived at work on time and make sure those staff members check all the enclosures for sick/injured animals.
Answer emails and phone inquiries.
Answer any enquiries /rescue case emails received during the night and answer/return
phone calls.
Check on volunteers/Check the main enclosure/meet with medical team
Make sure that all new volunteers are up to date with what they are doing and their key responsibilities/Check the main enclosures for maintenance issues i.e. damaged fences etc./Meet with the medical team for an update on recent medical cases and future cases.
