Air Squats - 30 seconds
Next, do 30-seconds of deep, air squats. The goal is to drop down so your thighs are parallel with the ground. keep you arms out in front of you, keep your back straight and keep you butt back. Drop down and left up for 30-seconds. Start slowly to be sure you have the proper form. As you perfect your form, you can increase the pace of your squats.
