Focus on customers
We have always put our customers at the centre of all that we do. And we will continue to do so because we live for their success. Our service levels and commitment show demonstrated results, as year on year we continue to score high on customer satisfaction. Read more about our process here.
Respect for the environment
As a manufacturer, we are aware of the impact of our activities on the environment. Collecting and sorting paper, packaging material and used electronic equipment, and recycling them has always been on our agenda, and will continue to remain one of our top priorities.
We have a long and excellent track record in sustainable development. With our roots in Scandinavia, it has been natural for us to be conscious of the environmental impact of our business. Long before ‘sustainable development’ became a buzzword, our production facilities in Sundsvall were already certified to the ISO 14001 environmental management standard in the 1990s. High ethical standards
We are a member of the United Nations Global Compact – and committed to its ten principles on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption. Each year, we publish a progress report on these issues. Our suppliers are expected to adhere to the same principles. We also have a policy that clearly states that we will offer all employees equal opportunities regardless of background, gender, ethnicity or age. Read more about our corporate responsibility here.
