7.3.1 Termination for Cause. If the Employee is terminated for cause by the Company, bonus shall be forfeited by the employee to the company.
‘‘Cause’’ means the employee has:
(a) Been convicted of a serious violation of local laws;
(b) Been found to be highly incompetent or grossly negligent;
(c) Acted or failed to act such that the Employee’s or the Company’s reputation in the local community is adversely affected; or
(d) Materially breached this agreement.
