After checked with Hotline. All wearing parts & consumable parts will not under warranty claim. Please see the below warranty claim procedures.
(1) Customer should send warranty claim email with the malfunction report to GDAP Hotline.

(2) GDAP Hotline will provide the hotline case number to customer for reference. (if no case no. means not accept the warranty claim).
(3) GDAP Hotline will inform to our Logistics department to send out the parts.
(4) Logistics Department will provide the shipping information to customer.
P.S. If the parts need to repair.
For the freight charges, GDAP only responsible for return shipment. Customer is responsible for the shipment to HK. All duty and tax should be paid by customer.
