.teachers resigned ok accepted but try to get all work done before the last date of their work... After they left please don't say documents are missing or incomplete work etc etc ( for Yupin boss paid salary even though she went on holiday na kub but they don't understand)
2. For recruitment it's ok ....but interview properly and make sure they stay long term at Payap na kub not just come and go...
For old staffs kittiask and k.ek what's the salary kub?
3. For teachers not passed kindly call them and tell their defects ask them to rectify their mistakes na kub .... Only practice makes man perfect .... Give them a chance and then decide later ...
4. For don , boss think it's mistake of both student and the staff.....the student approached the staff for affair or the staff approached the student for affair ?
If student approached then we can give strict warning to staff
If staff approaches student then staff resign na kub...
So k. Tanapat , aj.patsuda and aj. Tuen make the investigation properly and then let boss know kub
5. Increase the workload of staff in HR room,
Boss feel at this moment not necessary na kub...because its really hard to find hard working staffs .... Most staff I see want to work sabai sabai ... If these staffs get disturbed again it's hard to find new staffs and system na kub
HR , accounting , register department let be the same na kub let them settle down and get confidence on Payap na kub...later if we find real good staffs then we can increase the workload for these staffs kub.
Boss really appreciate for the hardwork and sincere efforts by k.tanapat , aj.patsuda and aj.tuen ....at this sad time where boss spend time with mother everyday under pressure na kub
