There are more tests to perform for the RS-2400V. It looks like it will meet the specs without a problem. The remaining problems we are experiencing involve very advanced features possible with the very advanced Siemens PLC. Improvements are also being made to the canisters to make them more leak resistant but if the contents can be put in bags temporarily while being irradiated I believe that it will improve the speed of filling and emptying the canisters because the plastic bags could be filled prior to irradiation and emptied after irradiation.
Study the attached EXCEL files. They will show you how to calibrate your film with the RadCal system. It will also show you how to produce an isodose map using film sampling.

It allows for non-linear interpolation of values between the discrete readings samples taken from the relatively small sample of film readings (less than 50 samples). Results are as good or better than Ashland’s routine.
It does not do a simple linear interpolation but a complex non-linear fit of a region of data. You will find it very powerful.
