We have suspended all pre-order sales of the Samsung Galaxy Note7. Any customer with the device is being urged to take it into store where they will be offered a full refund or speak to the team about their options of another device.
Statement from Samsung:
"For the benefit of consumers’ safety, we have stopped sales and exchanges of the Galaxy Note7 and have consequently decided to permanently stop production.
We remain committed to working diligently with appropriate regulatory authorities to take all necessary steps to resolve the situation. Consumers with either an original Galaxy Note7 or replacement Galaxy Note7 device should power down and stop using the device and take advantage of the remedies available.
