Please see the invitation below. The EDUCATE Administrators, Taran Webber and Paul Fenton, are going to give a live demonstration of the new Item Request Form and answer any questions you may have. I strongly suggest you attend a session. Use the green hyperlink in the message below to register in a session through JDU.
Just to be clear, the session content will be most relevant to Developers, and how they will use this form to request items. Please forward this e-mail to anyone you feel should attend the session.
The most significant thing about this change is that you will not be loading new items in JDU. This change has already gone into effect. The team in Olathe, Kansas will load all new global items, and then the local Admin will be notified when they can “localize” the item by adding pricing, catalogs, scheduled offerings, and adding the item to any applicable learning paths.
