(cV8S) at 25°C. For sporangia production, 10 one-cm plugs were transferred from five-day-old
colonies to 100 X 20 mm petri plates with 25 mL sterile DI water and incubated under fluorescent
light at 25°C for 24 h. Zoospores were induced by incubating plates at 4°C for thirty min
and at room temperature for 2–4 hours. Zoospore solutions were filtered through cheesecloth
and quantified using a haemocytometer (Hausser Scientific, Horsham, PA).
