Letting you know that today evening we had system issue where LB code didn’t show when log in. For some of the LB/FSE, since they were in front of customer and had already typed all information, they had no choice but to submit the application.
This means you will be receiving policies with missing LB names, branch codes etc. The policies that we are impacted are as follows:.
