The communication line between top management and front-line management is VERY distant. Problems with the fastpass system at Disney's California Adventure theme park in Anaheim, CA has been compromised with the abuse of the GAC system for guests with disabilities and needs. GAC's or Guest Assistance Cards are cards freely given out to any guest requesting assistance, whether it be in the form of expedited line entry due to claustrophobia or wheelchair assistance. Disney's current policy is that of a don't ask for legal reasons. A guest does not need to prove their disability to receive a GAC card thus a great deal of fraud occurs throwing off the fastpass entrance line for the new Car's Land Radiator Springs Racers attraction that opened earlier this summer. The temporary fix is that of requesting a return time for the guests with GAC cards. A weak temporary fix.
