I am very well qualified and would be an asset to Human Resources functions especially in recruitment and training, or any related areas because of my working experiences in recruitment for around 6 years where I can learn and develop my knowledge and experiences in analysing, planing recruitment strategies and also giving consultation to clients in order to get the right man on the right job. Moreover, along my working experience focuses on executive level (mid to top level) including to head hunting. Apart from this, one of my responsibilities is to act as Sales to present our well qualified candidates for clients. I have to show them my evaluations on how strong candidates are. In the meantime, I am also a Brand Ambassador to represent clients' name when I do approach passive candidates in order to invite them to explore opportunity of clients. To keep good relationship with all clients in order to gain more business in the future is a part of my function as Senior Recruitment Specialist.
