Human health is significantly affected by furniture and
the arrangement of the body and its limbs, as furniture is
considered an important physical element of the learning
environment. In anthropometric view, incorrect products
and workplace adjustments are responsible for discomfort,
pain, and disorders in neck, back, shoulder, hands,
arm, and wrist which cause musculoskeletal diseases
[56]. Thus, human postures, especially when seated, are
the major concern since the eighteenth century [57]. In
the beginning, ergonomics was considered as a military
concern. However, starting from the 1960s it was widely
applied in the industrial, agricultural, and service sectors.
