This study aims to find out the degrees of students’ satisfaction in a service registration online system at
Mahasarakham University. According to the existing data collection, 200 questionnaires were distributed only one day; then, 186 of them were returned. However, 176 complete questionnaires were input as the data in this study. The degree of satisfaction is divided into 3 aspects including situations during the registration, adding and withdrawing courses in the register system and the registration output.
The result had been found that 1) the degree of satisfaction of situations during the registration, with the means value of 43.8 in the medium 2) the degree of satisfaction of adding and withdrawing courses in the register system, with the means value of 44.9 in the less 3) the degree of satisfaction of the registration output, with the means value of 36.9 in the medium.
