Job description:
• The website content & Social Media manager will be responsible for developing the voice for all aspects of the organization’s online presence.
• Writing, editing and proofreading site content & Social Media Channels
• Work closely with the technical team to maintain site standards with regard to new development
• Be responsible for site promotions, email newsletters and online outreach campaigns.
• Be responsible for implementing new social media campaigns and useful content to engage current and new consumers in conversations about our products
• Updating social media sites with new product & brand content while keeping in mind the goal of reaching a broader audience of consumers and building brand loyalty
• Be responsible for understanding and managing risk in social media networks as it relates to products, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
