To comply with local regulations, requirements for B/Ls to Bangladesh have been updated and some key points are recapped as follows:
1. B/L party capturing methods remain the same, BIN and AIN codes should be captured as per guideline
2. SWB is allowed if consignee is freight forwarder (NVO)
3. SWB is not allowed for unqualified direct consignee (BCO) or commodities, OB should check if IBCSV if any doubt
4. If FND is Mongla, consignee should not be freight forwarder as announced in May, hence item 2 above is not applicable to Mongla shipments
