Normally, you'll be redirected in less than 5 minutes. If more than 5 minutes passed it means that you either failed to complete all the steps, or the advertiser didn't credit your lead.
To retry all you have to do is access the page again and choose another survey. However, if you're sure that you completed all the steps, or it was a mobile offer, you can come back later, because there might be a chance the lead was delayed longer than usual.
