Recently, O-shopping conduct a survey about satisfaction of customer. This is a complain about our delivery service.
1. RDC or driver call to the customer too much to find the address.
Customer said they have been received the phone call 4-times one day.
2. Visit customer without reservation.
Some RDC didn’t call to the customer before delivery.
3. Visit customer without preparing MPOS machine.
Although payment type is MPOS , driver visit customer two-times without MPOS machine.
Please note these case and train the driver to offer better service to customer.
