Navigating Through Change provides a means for understanding change and, more importantly, a set of key skills for self management, managing people and an operation in an environment of continuous change. A two day workshop helps individual to understand the human reactions to change and develop skills and strategies to address these reactions which include ours and those of our associates. . To enable individual to apply set of models and tools so that one may become effective change agent for ourselves and others by addressing our own issues and guide others through the change process.

Strategies
Pre-work:
To assist the facilitators in preparing for this workshop and to get participants to start thinking about those changes that are happening to them and the organization. Each participant needs to complete a questionnaire. The information is confidential and it is not necessary to include their name. They need to return the completed survey in a sealed envelope marked “NTC Facilitator” and return it to their Human Resources Department before the program started.
