Job responsibility
• Ensure the obtainment of new equipment, and service sales growth, mix and profit objectives
• Start from specified, bidding, selling, complying specification, payment negotiation, ordering process, until receipt all AR payment
• Follow-up with customer after the sale and during installation to ensure satisfaction and to promote future business
• Assist with basic layout and design of systems for large commercial buildings and industrial plants.
• Ensure that day’s receivables for customers are kept to a minimum.
• Estimating and preparing proposals, execution of order and preparation and submittal of all approval data
• Increase market penetration of all York products within the District.
• Maintain a current knowledge of product design and applications to ensure that they are sold properly
• Financial analysis of equipment purchases, selection of equipment with competitive advantages
• Contact owner’s representatives, consulting engineers and mechanical contractors on all phases of selling YORK HVAC equipment and services
• Development of new business (key customers)
• Build relationship with consultants resulting in consultants’ design favoring York or maintain neutral to York
• Promoting new product to all key customer
