Refer with SAP's strategy, User cannot TECO WON that job already completed but there is some orders (Reservation/PR/PO) still pending in the process because it makes those orders will be cancelled automatically (see PO sample in below).

and due to the inconvenience to tracking the status of Res./PR/PO on SAP, it made some WON was TECO or closed although their purchase order have not yet been issued or still pending.

From the above cause might be caused the risk of the spare part shortage to support our offshore maintenance work.

In order to eliminate the error caused by TECO for WON still waiting to material arrived,

We would like to request you please consider to add user status “ Job Completed but Waiting for Material ” (something alike) in the user status in WO on SAP PM module.
