success. Family members play a key role in making
students get into the habit of having a breakfast. It is
necessary to teach the culture of having a breakfast
together with family members from early on. Specialists
need to inform individuals of all ages about the
importance of breakfasts and enable them to change
their behaviors in a positive manner.
