Develop and manage campaign including execution process for cross-selling and up-selling to achieve top line production target as per campaign calendar and approved marketing plans. These include lead generation and Direct to policyholder campaigns.
Ensure campaign effectiveness by measuring before/after, campaign/control group, campaign KPIs: VoNB, ANP and take up rate
Evaluate campaign by conduct post-campaign tracking and define key learning and best practices for next campaigns. This includes supporting tasks to concerned parties for their systematic and measuring process.
Manage communication with Home Office parties, provide effective monitoring and performance reports as required, and other support in budget admin.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
University graduated in marketing, communication arts, business administration, or related 7 – 10 years experience in distribution channel management
Have knowledge and experience in database marketing and systematic marketing process
Have analytical skills, especially with financial/Insurance products
Customer focus and Result-oriented
Experience in campaign process and execution management
Creative, and be able to work in a high pressure environment and under tight deadlines
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
