Shangri-La Bangkok is more about name and fame than service and staying experience rendered. Staff at floors was impeccable and friendly. However, the three or more staff downstaits at the river bar and restaurant were unattentive, bad-mannered, unorganized, and more "un-"things. Waiting for a drink menu for 1/4 hour, and a similar time for the bill. They could use some decent training. It was unfortunately below standard. It kind of spoiled the overall experience of the awasome river location.
