A young man ate a piece of puffer fish about the size of a quarter. Fifteen minutes later he felf tingling in his mouth and lips. This was followed by dizziness, fatigue, a bad headache, difficulty speaking, a tightness in his chest, shaking, and vomiting. He collapsed and was rushed to the hospital. The young man died. In japan, puffer fish are considered a great delicacy but about one hundred people die each years after eating this exotic and delicious fish.
