CV and EIS were used to demonstrate the attachment of the
sAMP and bacteria onto the surface of the gold electrode. Fig. 2a
shows CVs of the bare and sAMP modified gold electrodes recorded
in 10 mM potassium ferricyanide. After immobilization of
sAMP, a decrease in the current intensity is observed. This indicates
partial insulation of the electrochemically active area due
