Clause 10. PROCEDURES:
1. The Seller representative will present the contract for acceptance by the Buyer. Contract goes through normal negotiation and validation period.
2. Buyer retuns the contract by exchanging it by facsimile or Email attachment, duly signed and sealed, within 24 hours, the draft copy will be deemed legal until original hard copies from the seller exchanged.
3. Buyer Bank issue theSBLCto Seller Bank within 5 working days.
4. On receipt the sellers bank within 5/7days will remit PB2% , and POP and within 7 working days loading starts.
5. Required listed documents will be forwarded to the Buyer. The delivery and forwarding begin immediately according to the contract.
All Banking charges including confirmation from the Buyer's Bank shall be borne by the Buyer and all banking charges incurred by the Seller at Seller's Bank shall be borne by the Seller.
