CUSTOMER's Supply Chain Management team ("SCM") is an authorized purchasing agent for CUSTOMER's system. The terms of the SCM's standard purchase orders or other agreement(s) will govern sales of Products through Sail to CUSTOMER's system following approval of such Products except to the extent that SCM and SUPPLIER otherwise agree in writing to other terms prior to such sales and except for CUSTOMER's continuing right to subsequently (i) disapprove such Products for sale to CUSTOMER's system, (ii) disapprove SUPPLIER as an approved supplier for CUSTOMER's system.
