Need your help on this matter asap, please. We never want to move this project since the first place to GDC, and we have been very patient starting since the 1st wave already.
This is the tracking project that we have been working with client for more or less 10 years and we have never experienced this kind of problems. I believe BB has done more than what she should have done already, but we still experience a lot of problems which is unbelievable that these are the things that we have to still experience as it is already a second wave. My team is very sick of GDC, not only BB.
It is always a money that has been raised from GDC. This is not something we should have expected from a good business partner. How can we increase the cost more and more, this is the tracking project, cost should not be fluctuated. We in fact do not mind to pay, if we get a quality work in return. Before we receive the quote from GDC, we even sent the final questionnaire, spending time for briefing again and again, spending times to prepare lots of documents but it does not seem to work. We in fact sent the questionnaire for GDC to prepare 2 months in advance before we start the 1st wave. We never have to experience this kind of things when we did it internally.
Please help suggesting on how we should get away from all these difficulties. BB also has to work on other projects, but now she wastes a lot of time just to communicating back and forth with GDC and it is very difficult to come to conclusion on most of the matters.
We have been evaluated by client negatively since when we migrated DP work to DGC, and we very much hope that we will not have to go to the same old things again in 2nd wave. But it seems that we are uncertain for now that we will not have good interim data to send to client, the link is still incomplete while it should have been completed since 12th November. This is the 2nd wave, we are expecting that things should even be more smooth and use less time but in fact time is increasing hence cost is increasing, always.
Please do understand our situation, we would not be able to bear this anymore. We already have a lots of problems explaining, justifying all the messy matters with client in the 1st wave.
Please help suggest what action should be taken. We need a ‘complete with good standard of work’ to be submitted to client as per committed schedule.
