1. Insoluble dietary fiber
It improves stool texture, reduce constipation and reduce the risk of colon cancer.
2. Soluble dietary fiber
These substances the body can't digest. But the bacteria that live in the large intestine can digest it. It used to be pre-biotic for diabetics food.
