1. Market Complaint handling
1.1 Receive complaint and related information from customers and consumers. Liaison with relevant personnel for root cause analysis. Ensure action plan to eliminate the complaint, follow up and coordinate for formal closure of the complaint.
1.2 Collating complaints category wise and reporting on monthly basis to the management team
2. Market Sample Collection
Collect samples from the markets and bring to the plant for testing and report Physio and Micro results on monthly basis
3. Market Visits
3.1 Conduct Packaging Appearance survey in selected markets and report results
3.2 Conduct product rotation survey in selected market and report results
4 Warehouse Audits
4.1 Audit internal and external warehouse ( FG and RMPM) for storage norms , product rotation and GHK standards to meet Product Quality and Food Safety requirements
5 Distributor Point Audits
5.1 Audit distributor points for storage norms ,product rotation and GHK standards to meet Product Quality and Food Safety requirements
6 Quality and Food Safety Audits
6.1 Participate in Plant Quality & Food Safety audits with respect to product complaint handling and improvement process,
7 Product traceability and Mock recall
7.1 Participate in product traceability and mock recall exercise
8 Training and Capability building
8.1 Train distributors and their employees on product handling best practice
9 New Package trials
9.1 Coordinate with the plant team for new package transit trials and feed back
10 Ensure operating safety
10.1 ensure personal safety in the plant and on the road while traveling to the market places
10.2 Report injuries /Near miss to the plant safety manager
