As this shipment has been changed vessel from NORDOCELET V.132RKN to KUO CHANG V.132RKN but CNC didn't inform us about this information. This is the reason that shipper cannot return container at yard. Customer informed us about this matter and we contacted CNC. Then, CNC has just sent email about change vessel. We've just found that ETD has been postponed from 7/11/2016 to 12/11/2016. This cause is huge effect, customer cannot accept because consignee urgently need cargo.
So, we have to cancel this booking and change to use another carrier instead. If you inform this information in advance, we don't have this problem. Whatever it's occurred many additional charge, customer would like to claim us. That's why, we have to claim you these charges. Below is total additional charges:-
1. Trucking charge
2. Overtime
3. Labour charge
4. Document fee
5. Custom clearance fee
6. Gate charge
7. Process of return container to custom fee
After assessment of the cost is 20,000 baht which we claim with CNC.
