The bacteria grown in yeast extract medium with 0.5% mannitol, L-asparagine(0.2%),biotin(0.2 mg/ml) and L-tryptophan (2mg/ml)for 24h at 3072 1C. additional phenolic
acids (filter sterilized)were supplemented at a concentration of 0.5 mg/ml and bacteria grown with out phenolic acid were taken as control.
