sources (Kerry 2000). This study not only concerned
about the effect of biological control bacterial strains
anti-growth and aflatoxin producing of A. parasiticus,
but also concerned about the impact of biological control
bacterial strains on plant growth. This view is comprehensive
prevention view, as it is conducive to be used
in the field. So inhibition of aflatoxin and the impact of
biological control bacterial strains on plant growth were
considered as two main factors through this study so that
better biological control agent can be used in the field.
Bacillus species, especially Bacillus subtilis strains,
were selected for this study. Compared with other
bacteria without endospore, Bacillus species are more
stable, which are more conducive to microbial fertilizer
production, transport and storage. B. subtilis strain is a
kind of saprophytes bacteria, which also guarantees the
security as a biological control agent.
