In an endeavor to create a more efficient reporting process to our valued customers, Piramid Solutions will now be sending a weekly, "Timleline Update" for your project showing all existing problems, dependencies as well the remaining timeline for estimated time of completion. This Timeline Update will be discussed in detail each Monday as part of Piramid's internal Operations meeting and an update will be send to you before the end of day on every Monday. We truly hope that this document can help both parties to understand and coordinate our efforts to resolve any problems so that Piramid may assist you to complete your project as efficiently as possible within the agreed budget.
